As an Area Sales Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement the area strategy for the assigned markets (North Africa and Near East) and customers and be responsible for the operational plan and its execution.
• Drive profitability and share through pricing as a key sales growth driver based on a good understanding of margin structures 
• Work closely with Sales Operations and Demand planning teams, secure ongoing availability of products on the customer and balance forecasts against the risk of overstocking and write-offs.
• Ensure availability and best visibility for our products, listing of winning portfolio, the right pricing and best in class POSM & activations
• Understand market regulatory dynamics and coordinate with internal legal and compliance team and external customers on information and insight sharing
• Manage assigned budget to achieve Profit & Loss objectives as well as operational responsibility for managing regionally allocated activation funds
• Manage continuously customers throughout the year (contract management, annual negotiations and review schedules, develop account plan and its  KPIs)

In order for your profile to match this Area Sales Manager position you need to have the following: 

• University degree in Business or comparable education 
• Master degree will be an asset
• Native Arabic Speaker
• Fluent in English both Spoken and written
• French language (Optionally) 
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with demonstrable experience of influencing at all levels
• Available to travel internationally
• Desirable in Duty Free channels

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in FMCG industry
