The responsibilities of the Architect position include:

• ability to lead multiple designing projects simultaneously from concept through close-out
• manage discipline coordination with an ability to partner with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Construction Project Management, and General Contractors.
• develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• present status updates, progress reports, and design presentations to executive stakeholders and end customers
• develop creative solutions to save cost and reduce schedule timelines.
• make on site visits to check on project status and report on project

The ideal candidate should have:

• university degree in Architecture
• proficiency in AutoCAD

• capability of managing complex building projects, from initial concept to final construction
• communication and project management skills
• comprehensive understanding of building design and construction methods
• strong design ethos and a passion for creating innovative solutions

• 3-5 years of proven working experience as an Architect
