As an Administrative Assistant you will handle:
- Company correspondence, e-mails, couriers, deliveries etc.
- HR Support pertaining to employees files, benefits, company events organization, employee badges, etc.
- Incoming telephone calls and messaging
- All supplies orders and handling
- Reception Security handling
- Facilities management
- Invoices filing
- Travel Arrangements
- Assisting the CEO
προσόντα
The ideal Administrative Assistant will have the following:
- Strong computer and Internet research skills
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Project coordination experience
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, and vendors
