As an Administrative Assistant some of your main tasks will be to:
- assist in purchase orders and invoicing
- organize and keep track of finances in excel
- provide support in customer requests
- perform general administrative tasks
- assist with travel arrangements & event planning
προσόντα
In order to be considered for this Administrative Assistant role the requirements are:
- university/college degree
- drivers licence
- high level of proficient in MS Office Applications
- excellent knowledge of the English Language
- knowledge of the Italian Language will be considered a plus

- at least 2 years of previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
