κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As an Administrative Assistant, some of your main tasks will include:
- Draft and manage executive correspondence, handle the Country Manager's (CM) expense claims, and manage the CM's and team's complex calendars and travel logistics (domestic and international).
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Greek office, manage front-office operations (reception, mail, visitors), and handle all facility-related needs in liaison with IT, HR, and Operations.
- Manage administrative and operational supplies, inventory, and contracts, and maintain relationships with local suppliers, building management, and service providers.
- Organize and support internal and external meetings and corporate events, including planning, logistics, venue booking, catering, and invitations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery, and support administrative, financial, and compliance requirements for the workplace in line with company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the CM and the broader team as required.

The ideal candidate for this Administrative Assistant position should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Valid driving licence (Category B) and access to a private vehicle
- Flexibility in working hours, including occasional support outside standard office hours

- Minimum 8 years experience in Office support or a relevant administrative role.
