κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As an Administrative Assistant to the Marketing and Medical Department, some of your main tasks will include:
- Executive Assistance to dept. Head (i.e.,expenses, contract management, appointments, etc.)
- Admin Support to Dept members & Brand Teams (Marketing & Medical) (i.e., team’s calendar, meetings etc.)
- Close collaboration & communication with other functions/Therapeutic Areas (i.e., Procurement, Compliance, Legal etc.)
- Organization of internal meetings for the dept (i.e., Brand Teams, cross functional, offsite meetings etc.)
- Manage & follow up on systems (requests/approvals) i.e., Internal Orders, Compliance & Financial Systems (ep3 tool, SRM tool, SIM)
- Coordination & execution of processes (i.e., new vendors handling and assessments, RFP to vendors, contracts management, courier services coordination for banners/booths, mail coordination, stationery materials for the dept. etc.)
- Track of all dept. expenses & reporting (i.e., data tracking and reporting on periodic basis)
- Archiving & documentation of all activities involved (i.e., scanning/printing etc.)
- Support other initiatives/projects for the dept. (compliance, financial & contract approval systems; reconciliation of activities)

The requirements for this Administrative Assistantrole are:
- university/college degree
- excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written
- computer literacy - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
