The  Accountant will have to:

• Manage of all accounting transactions
• Perform daily monitoring of tax e-books (MyData)
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities.
• Operate day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Conduct Reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Record transactions in assets and monitor the fixed asset registry.
• Prepare and submit withholding tax returns.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations.
• Prepare income tax returns.
• Record and reconcile Intercompany transactions.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Actively support unit’s activities when requested.
• Participate in company’s training programs.

The ideal candidate for the role of the  Accountant should have the following:

• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject
• Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or Applied Accounting and Auditing or a relevant field will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of English language
• Hands-on experience in ERP
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
