As an Accountant you will be:

• Responsible for the monthly account reconciliations (fixed assets, banks' balances, accruals, revenue, expenses & inter-company transactions).
• Handling and processing vendor invoices and communicating with vendors.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedure.
• Support on the annual preparation of the Financial statements package according to the Greek and IFRS.
• Preparation of all the tax declarations on time and in a very good quality (e.g. Income Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty, Withholding Taxes, Transfer Pricing etc )
• Responsible for the My Data monthly submission, monitoring and reconciliations.
• Liaise effectively with internal partners and external clients or intermediaries (banks, lawyers, Dealers, financial advisors & auditors).
• Coordinate with internal & external (statutory and tax) auditors and finalize audits.
• Prepares cash flow forecasting and support liquidity management.
• Issuance of income invoices and other documentation and control of the Self Invoices.
• Support on monthly group reporting.
• Support the business with ad hoc financial reports and other special projects.

To be an ideal candidate for the Accountant position, you should possess:

• BSc in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Five years' of working experience in the field of accounting.
• Greek Accountant signatory right A’ Class or future rights is preferable.
• Good knowledge of Accounting, IFRS and & Tax legislation(IFRS, Vat, Withholding taxes, annual income declarations).
• Good knowledge of MS Office and especially MS Excel & Power Point.
• Very Good knowledge of Greek and English language.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to prioritize well, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail
