Ioanna currently holds the role of Commercial Manager at Randstad Hellas. She has been with Randstad for the last 7 years and has more than 15 years of experience in Greek and multinational companies. Ioanna is responsible for the commercial team and the HR Services department. Ioanna combines strong business acumen and an in-depth knowledge of the global HR market enabling her to propose HR Solutions that transform the bottom-line of organizations. Currently, her main focus lies in designing and implementing programs in career transition and outplacement services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, assessment centres, stress management, talent acquisition strategies and business outsourcing. Ioanna has extended exposure in recruitment, change and risk management, talent acquisition programs' customization, business consulting, sales management in services, industrial, banking and FMCG sectors. She is a member of the "Learning Mentors" network of Bodossaki Foundation supporting on a volunteer basis NGOs in several HR & organisation projects.

A well-rounded professional due to her extensive experience in different industries and functions. Natasha is an HR Professional with more than 10 years of experience in recruitment, training and development both in consulting firms and in-house HR departments. Passionate about helping individuals explore their true potential and successfully reach their goals she focuses completely in career counselling from 2010. Natasha has supported more than 300 individuals deal positively with career transition and handle redundancy. She is particularly experienced in facilitating individuals to define themselves professionally and remove significant roadblocks while searching for suitable career opportunities in the current economic climate.

Equipped & experienced in applying counselling and psychodynamic theories in HR contexts in order to facilitate professional development, ease the friction caused by job hunting challenges and pave the way to professional and personal growth. Finally, her background as a global citizen with pertinent work experience gives her the opportunity to develop globally oriented problem solving capabilities while understanding and decoding cultural differences. Natasha holds a Master's in Career Management & Counselling from the University of London, MSc in Strategic Human Resource's management from Alba Business School and a BA in Economics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
