Would you enjoy working as a Visitor Services officer, welcoming & greeting visitors with a warm smile? We are seeking a Visitor Services officer with a positive attitude & strong communication skills to join our team in the most amazing Exhibition Park in the Coastal Front of Attica.

responsibilities

The Visitor Services officer role will be responsible for:

  • Guiding visitors throughout the indoor and outdoor venues of the Park/ Center and providing information at Kiosks/Reception
  • Welcoming guests and visitors at the venues, performing guided tours & coordinating group and school visits
  • Overseeing Events/Marketing/Promotion activities that may be taking place in the venues
  • Responding to questions about customer service utilities (WCs, baby rooms, cafes, etc) and the Operation regulation of the venues (operating hours, restrictions, covid rules etc)
  • Handling the proper implementation of the established policies and procedures of the Park Center
  • Supporting the Exhibition Center/ Park Operations team in: Enforcing the Health & Safety plans and procedures, ensuring the safety of visitors and F&B operators
  • Communicating with the technical team on relevant issues that may arise
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support, if needed

qualifications

The requirements for the Visitor Services officer role are:

  • Bachelor's degree will be considered an asset
  • Strong administration skills in MS Office (Excel & PPT)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

skills

  • Exceptional customer-Centered behavior and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong team spirit!
  • Ability to present exhibits to audiences and/or visitors
  • Basic technical skills to handle audio- visual equipment, if needed
  • The stamina to work under pressure especially during events and presentations or VIP visits
  • Availability to work on shifts and on weekends and ability to adjust the schedule if needed
  • Does not mind working in public, open-air areas, as well as indoors

About 2- 3 years of relative working experience in a promotion/ customer service role; experience
