    As an Unified Communications Engineer, you will join an experienced team of 5 engineers and your duties will be the following:

    • Perform complex analysis, advanced level design, configuration and develop solutions in order to support our customers' requests.
    • Investigate and resolve critical, high impact problems, defects, and incidents related to the company's CX System.
    • Build monitoring and reporting frameworks as well as tools used to streamline and automate tasks
    • Real-time VOIP, SIP Trunking and IVR scripting.
    • Monitor and handle requests through company’s ticketing platform.
    • Escalate incidents based on standard procedures, to suppliers.
    • Create and maintain technical manuals

  • qualifications

    In order for your profile to match this Unified Communications Engineer position, you need to have the following:

    • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
    • 2+ years of experience as a Unified Communications Engineer
    • Experience with CTI platforms such as Genesis, Avaya, Aspect etc.
    • Experience with technologies such as VoIP, SIP Trunk and SBC configuration & support
    • Experience with RESTful API Web Services development, VoIP analysis, VXML, MS SQL scripting
    • Excellent command of the english language, both written and verbal
    • Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
