Your tasks will be as a Turkish Customer Support Officer:

  • Ensuring that top quality service is provided while responding to clients’ inquiries through emails, telephone and live chat 
  • Executing personal clientele analysis and taking appropriate actions as needed
  • Promoting the company's services and products
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients

You’ll be an excellent fit as a Turkish Customer Support Officer if you possess the following:

  • Native level of Turkish among with fluent oral and written skills in English
  • Degree in a business-related field
  • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy
  • Outstanding communication and comprehension skills
  • Dynamic personality
  • Ability to multitask and keep workplace and tasks extremely organised 
  • Valid work permit 


  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
