As a T&T Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will be following:

• Build knowledge of internal controls, systems, and process landscape to enable a clear understanding of the impact of ICT policies and standards.
• Be the main point of contact for ICT and assist all internal and external audit teams where ICT inquiry is required.
• Support the internal risk assessments, identify areas of potential technical and process vulnerability, and recommend compensating controls.
• Monitor the effectiveness of in-build controls and report on follow-up actions undertaken to remediate and compensate for deficiencies.
• Monitor activities of assigned ICT areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including periodic activity reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date written documentation and reports on the ICT compliance framework and audit requirements.
• Support risk governance & ICT policy lifecycle management, including the design, implementation, and adoption of policies, standards, and guidelines in the areas of privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the development and delivery of regular training/ awareness programs to train and educate risk owners on internal controls topics.

In order for your profile to match the T&T Compliance position, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with internal or external auditors.
• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining ICT compliance policies and processes, including reporting on internal controls status, performing periodical evaluation, and testing of control design and operation.
• Knowledge of common compliance standards, practices, and control frameworks (SOX, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, COSO, COBIT, NIST, and/or ISO 27001).
• Solid knowledge and understanding regarding the design and cloud deployment of information technologies and associated architectural concepts, principles, and best practices.

4+ years of experience building and maintaining ICT compliance policies and processes
