responsibilities

A few of the main duties of an Operations Coordinator are:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, travel companies
  • Assisting with any travel -related issues that may arise
  • Researching new travel deals / ideas  for implementation and evaluating prices and services.
  • Ensuring driver's are following their routes properly and making all of their deliveries and pickups on time
  • Scheduling maintenance on vehicles, complying with driving regulations
  • Manage company website w and maximize sales of excursions/transfers /activities etc
  • Ensuring  staff complies with company policies
  • Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
  • Coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations, daily ,weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting
  • Controlling operational / suppliers costs , searching  suppliers with competitive rates, enrich menu , and promoting efficiency

qualifications
