Do you enjoy offering qualitative customer service and identifying the right solutions to fit their needs? As a Travel Customer Care Agent you will have the opportunity to provide information via telephone and email regarding reservations, sightseeing/cultural tours, ferry & transfer services.

Our client is an innovative company in the travel industry with offices in New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Greece and the United Kingdom.

  • Handle all incoming queries via telephone and e-mail with consistency and professionalism
  • Carry out your day-to-day tasks in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for reservations, changes, cancellations or relevant information 
  • Acquire substantial knowledge of all property’s characteristics such as ferry and transfer services
  • Respond in any form of communication with guests, travel agents and referral networks concerning new or existing reservations in a precise and efficient way
  • Act as a first point of contact for all partners resolving their queries regarding reservations and availability issues
  • Create flawless communication patterns with all partners in order to maintain strong solid relations
  • Communicate with different booking channels

requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in call centers or customer service roles
  • Travel industry background would be an asset
  • Excellent PC skills & computer literacy
  • Native or fluent English both written and oral 
  • Possess exemplary problem solving thinking and strong listening skills
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Be efficient, extremely-organized and adaptable
