responsibilities

Your main responsibilities for the Training Manager position, are included below:

  • Design, optimize and supervise the operational and other training programs including onboarding (e.g. features, processes and Product awareness training programs)
  • Identify needs, provide recommendations and continuously optimize training services and curriculum
  • Search for market insights and latest trends so as to enrich the training offering and make sure it applies to 6+ different countries /cultures
  • Facilitate and develop training material for a range of learning programs
  • Design and supervise “On the job” training programs
  • Ensure that training materials and presentations are updated and trainers are properly prepared and trained at all times
  • Establish communication and cooperation with Quality Control team and use its input to customize training materials
  • Supervise and train a team of trainers
  • Regularly assess and monitor all the training programs’ progress 
  • Use all available digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.

qualifications

For the Training Manager position you need to have:

  • Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies
  • Excellent facilitation and material development skills
  • PC literacy (G-suite, Jira)
  • Proficient knowledge of English language is essential
  • BSc or equivalent

skills

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to create impactful relationships with our internal key stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus with exceptional customer service skills
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience on Gaming industry would be a plus.

Working experience of at least 3 years in a relative role.
