As a TPM - Plant Engineer you will be responsible for delivery of projects, innovation, infrastucture and services to the site. You will report to the Plant Manager and have interaction with divisional leaders, Global supply chain functional leaders and peers on the plant leadership team to continuously improve and develop the processes in chemical manufacturing, safety quality, planning, procurement and distribution.

responsibilities

As a TPM-Plant Engineer you will be responsible to:

  • Contractor management and compliancemanagement ( SHE)
  • Represent the company's site inEuropean Engineering community
  • Develop and deploy plans to ensure the optimum utilization ofassets in the site as well as supervise and give guidance on asset management
  • Create and implement plans toidentify and continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy,water, treatment, steam
  • Coach and develop workforce intechnical and technology issues
  • Project Management  including budget preparation, capitalmanagement and design
  • Work collaboratively withProduction manager to drive TPM improvement programme focussing onpriorities  

requirements

For TPM-Plant Engineer position you should ideally demonstrate:

  • University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is highly desirable (maintenance department)
  • Must be able to work independently and to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Analytical skills and detail oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and capacity to make decisions
  • Capacity to integrate and interact with different disciplines (Engineering, Regulatory, Production, QA, Logistics, etc.) and levels (managerial, professional and hourly)
  • High regards for Safety
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Flexibility for Business travel
  • Computer literacy (Ms Office , Internet etc. )
