responsibilities

As a Technical Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Supervise day-to-day operation of technical support call center, discovering areas of improvement
  • Monitor KPIs & individual targets; provide ongoing coaching & feedback to the members of the team
  • Organize and oversee scheduling of shifts 
  • Take over when needed customer inquiries, leading by example team's members
  • Actively participate on processes improvement, lead new projects, initiatives identify pain points and provide valuable insights. 
  • Develop improvement proposals of training and development of team members in cooperation with internal teams

qualifications

As anTechnical SupportTeam Leader, you must have the following requirements:

  • AEI/TEI degree
  • Thorough understanding of Contact Center metrics and KPIs
  • Εxcellent PC skills 
  • Fluency in Greek and in English
