As a Technical support executive you will need to:

  • train the technical team members of the external partners / dealers
  • support all processes in terms of technical issues that arise and deliver the necessary knowledge of the equipment
  • supervise installation process end-to-end for the mechanical equipment in the customer environment
  • act as a point of contact between dealers and customers of the company 


As a Technical support executive you will need to:

  • Have a mechanical degree (Automation engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical engineer)
  • Be available for traveling within Greece or abroad for training as well as business purposes
  • Available for resolving urgent request according to clients' needs
  • Knowledge of the industry will be considered as an asset 
  • Interested about the agriculture and mainly in livestock industry 
  • Very good knowledge for the English language
  • Good Knowledge in computer system
