The Technical Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Organize and optimize equipment efficiently and implement improvements in production processes
• Develop and execute an annual budget for the maintenance and energy consumption of the factory
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance of the company's equipment and electromechanical facilities
• Monitor IT equipment compliance throughout the production stages 
• Liaise with construction firms, and suppliers on various matters 
• Actively participate in electromechanical installations and contribute to strategic decisions 
• Stay updated on technological advancements and propose improvements for existing equipment and production processes
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of the technical team
• Conduct technical training for staff

For the Technical Manager role, you need to have:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering along with the relevant license
• 8+ years of professional experience in a managerial position in the food industry 
• Expertise in using predictive maintenance programs 
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment related to the food industry 
• Proficient command of the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office and Autocad
