As a Team Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Perform daily market visits in order to ensure smooth program implementation
• Efficiently provide a solution for any problems that may occur 
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties
• Have deep knowledge and understanding of the program – execution, priorities & mechanism and be able to transfer that knowledge to his/her team
• Monitor competitors activities and provide company with relevant feedback
• Oversee the training of the new hires
• Accurate team warehousing management in a monthly basis
• Evaluation of his/her team through quantitative & qualitative results  in order to develop the BAs’ skills and drive the results
• Recommend program improvements and new ideas
• Maintain a professional appearance according to company and program requirements 
• Use the promotional equipment (Car, ipad, mobile phone, etc.) with a sense of responsibility & professionalism

The ideal candidate for the Team Supervisor position will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree or equivalent, a Master’s degree will be highly appreciated
• Fluency in English and Greek, written and spoke
• Expert user of CRM systems, Analytics tools, MS Office (especially Excel)

• Communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Punctuality and time management skills
• A high level of sense of responsibility
