responsibilities

The responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position will include:

  • Review and update existing role profiles
  • Cooperate with hiring managers to develop new role profiles when necessary 
  • Identify potential candidates and coordinate selection process directly 
  • Use all recruiting tools for candidate evaluation such as tests and assignments
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Organize and coordinate panel interviews with hiring managers; support the hiring managers by providing interview questionnaires and supporting documentation
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Manage communications with all parties in a timely, thorough, and respectful manner
  • Prepare the onboarding plan & monitor timely execution
  • Uphold compliance with internal/external policies and requirements
  • Support HR projects in the area of expertise 
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold GDPR requirements at all times

qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position should have:

University degree in relevant field

Knowledge of key HR practice areas: recruitment, organization & job design, talent management, training & development

skills

  • Proven project and process management skills to get things done; proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal in English
  • High integrity, ability to build alliances to get things done, respect for others and for diversity

experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably with a multi-cultural, listed, and/o

educational requirements

  • University degree
