Are you a skilled HR professional with proven experience in recruiting, working as Talent Acquisition Executive? Are you passionate about enabling organizations to more effectively achieve their business objectives while steering new talents? Then, we have the right opportunity for you, our client, a well-known company in the energy sector, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive. This is an 1 year fixed term assignment with possibility of renewal.

responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Executive's responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and follow-up with both candidates and internal clients
  • Continually conduct outreach efforts to build a pool of talented individuals
  • Attending industry conferences and career fairs, as well as networking with industry associations
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of resources, including internet and social media
  • Identify and implement best recruiting practices in order to hire qualified candidates quickly and efficiently, including implementation of targeted candidate recruiting strategies
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, which exhibits company’s core standards, including communication, scheduling and assessments
  • Develop and maintain reporting metrics for recruiting initiatives, as needed
  • Ensure all hiring and recruiting efforts are compliant with company’s policies and procedures
  • Build relationships with internal hiring leaders to fully understand their needs
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to efficiently process and track candidates
  • Support recruiting projects and initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to interview teams including the identification of critical competencies and effective candidate evaluation
  • Managing third party recruitment providers in addition to maintaining a suitable internal database and direct sourcing methods
  • Recruitment administration including CV screening, arrangement of interviews, telephone and face to face interviewing, screening individuals by using a mix of assessment methods and undertaking references
  • Manage the candidate offer process, including background verification, candidate correspondence and on boarding
  • Ensure quality control of recruitment process by seeking regular feedback 


requirements

The successful candidate for the Talent Acquisition Executive role must have:

  • 8-10 years HR Generalist experience to include recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruiting (either in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
  • Experience in mass recruitment of all levels and professional areas (i.e. technical and corporate)
  • Experience with international candidates and permits regulations
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Ability to manage skills assessment tools 
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Bachelor in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • MA/MSc in HR will be an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with contracts management and procurement will be an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Problem solving skills, critical thinking and excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable in managing complex projects, processes and relationships independently in a high touch role
