As a Store Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Implement effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement practices
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience for the customers.

The ideal candidate for the position of Store Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a successful retail sales person
• PC literate, proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Greek and in English

• Great interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent sales acumen and customer-centric mindset
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail/home furnishings industr
