responsibilities

The Stock Controller will:

  • Be responsible for claims management, returns handling, obsolete stock and quality assurance
  • Act as SAP key user and maintain MD of the WMS system
  • Perform annual and cyclic stock counts to assure stock integrity
  • Resolve operational issues internally and with Customers; anticipate and prevent problems
  • Responsible to maintain and comply to Quality standards & procedures
  • Supervise and lead Logistics administration & quality team
  • Prepare regular reporting on daily, weekly, monthly basis for DC KPIs
  • Business partnership with Customer Service and Distribution to ensure effective information flow and customer satisfaction
  • Constantly Develop the necessary professional skills for the team
  • Propose, design and implement projects for new customers, automations and simplifications.

qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Stock Controller position should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Studies, Engineering or Finance.
  • MBA or M.Sc. in Supply Chain fields might be a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken - Level C2).
  • Excellent knowledge in PC based software tools (Microsoft Office Suite) 
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered a strong plus
