As an SQL Database Administrator you will responsible for:

• Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases.
• Optimize queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform backups and ensure data reliability.
• Implement user access controls and data encryption.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and perform security audits.
• Design data models and collaborate with developers.
• Manage data migration and archiving.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor system resources and recommend upgrades.
• Develop backup and recovery strategies.
• Implement disaster recovery solutions.

As an SQL Database Administrator you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven SQL DBA experience.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
• Security and compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
