The Software QA Manager position is full time and permanent, based in Athens. Flexible remote work will be provided.

As Software QA Manager, your duties will include:

  • Lead the entire QA framework
  • Design and develop detailed, well-structured, and comprehensive test cases and automation scripts
  • Identify, record, report and document bugs and track the fixing progress
  • Investigate along with the development team the causes of bugs
  • Compile quality assurance metrics and report result across the teams
  • Review product/feature requirements
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and after every new production release
  • Plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in QA and pass the knowledge to your colleagues


In order for your profile to match the Software QA Manager position, you need to have the following qualifications:

  • ≥ 5 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer science or related field
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes for Web applications
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black-box testing
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Completed military obligations, if applicable

The following will be considered an asset:

  • Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Experience with Cypress
  • Experience with Postman
  • Commercial experience with JavaScript frameworks, software-as-a-Service, and testing platforms
