As a Social Media Specialist your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement social media performance campaigns to align with business goals
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Reporting to Marketing director and collaborate with other teams, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, Instagram, tik tok  and blog layout)
  • Create a social media plan based on Commercial plan
  • Co-work with digital & Influencers’ agencies 
  • Brief and manage production and shoot team for social media requirements 
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications


In order for your profile to match this Social Media Specialist you need to have the following skills:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Hands on experience in content management and Performance Marketing campaigns 
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design


  • Internal drive and willingness to work in a demanding, challenging, and fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
  • Analytical and multitasking skills


  • At least 1-2 years of similar experience, preferably in a retail environment
