For our newly launched joint venture with Alpha Bank, we are seeking now to employ an Service Provisioning Expert!

What will you do as a Service Provisioning Expert?

• Interacts with IT facilities to ensure the correct implementation of the service requirements required by the Customer (applications and networks)
• Supports large customers in relation to integration / certification / compliance issues
• Supports Business Impact Analysis in relation to Incident Reports prepared by IT for the Customer in relation to competency services (TBV)
• Provision of service billing data with data received from IT / third parties

In order for your profile to match the Service Provisioning Expert position at Nexi Group, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s or/and Master's degree in business or and Technology sector
• Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
• Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services
• Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
• Exceptional customer-facing skills
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
• Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
• Expertise in people management and leadership

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Italian language will be considered as an asset)

• 5-6 years of experience at similar role in payment industry
