The position is full time and permanent, based in Athens' northern suburbs. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Software Engineering and will contribute to the development of a Telecom Analytics platform with involvement in full stack development.

As a Senior Python Developer, your tasks will be to:

• Participate in the software design and implementation. 
• Product backends, developing and testing modular, reusable, efficient and scalable code.
• Use, customise and deploy open-source software development tools.
• Document software design and functionality.
• Develop and plan quality assurance tests.
• Follow agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum and Extreme programming - XP), object- oriented programming principles and test-driven development.

In order for your profile to match the Senior Python Developer position, you need to have the following qualifications:

• BSc degree in Computer Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience working in a Linux environment, including knowledge of shell/Python scripting for automating common tasks.
• Experience in data processing with Python, using libraries such as Python pandas.
• Fluency in English and Greek.

• Be a team player with a “can” do attitude focusing on delivery.
• Be self-motivated and willing to take initiative and ownership.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in python development.
