As a Senior Corporate Communication Coordinator, you will:

• Be responsible for major ATL/ BTL Brand Campaigns
• Be responsible for the development of Communication Briefs within the company & all external stakeholders
• Be responsible for the look and fill and branding of the corporate site, digital campaigns and external and internal partners
• Track the competition for all communication activities
• Monitor market trends, research customers’ markets, and competitors' activities regarding communication
• Analyze consumers’ feedback that needs to be brought forward and build the credibility of the brand’s communication
• Ensure communication & brand consistency of the corporate company’s profile through all touchpoints
• Implement communication activities and participate actively in the design of communication plans
• Coordinate activities with communication agencies to ensure efficient implementation of the assigned projects
• Work closely and efficiently with the Product Development Specialist, Sales team and advertising agency, to design innovative communication material
• Coordinate end to end the production of the advertising material (Print ads, Outdoor campaigns, P.O.P. material, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Be involved in setting the brand identity in all our touch points eg retail stores (merchandising), etc
• Responsible for all customer insights of the company/ design and implement research in collaboration with the external partners (research companies) or internal divisions (direct customers’ feedback)
• Utilize all research findings related to our company, marketing communication, and advertising issues for the assigned projects
• Measure and report performance for all marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI
• Coordinate corporate projects and presentations
• Participate in the company’s trainings

The ideal candidate for the Senior Corporate Communication Coordinator position is a professional with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in marketing, communication, or related studies
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• Experience in an advertising agency or marketing department (Telecom industry or from a company, providing services) will be considered as an asset
• Constantly updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing & communication
• Previous experience in a corporate brand position
• Previous experience in collaboration with advertising agencies, research agencies and cross-functional teams
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of the Italian language will be considered an asset
• Availability to travel

• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to supervise a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English Language
• Experience in identifying the target audience and designing effective campaigns
