The responsibilities of the Security & Facilities Manager include:

• Building technical projects - New works – Sustainability Building projects: e.g. office layout changes, energy, including data analyses, collaboration with engineers/consultants, contracts with vendors, etc
• Follow-up with cleaning, maintenance, pest and garden topics (exchange with vendors, troubleshooting etc)
• Safety and Security day to day problem solving and improvement projects in Office building – Follow-up with the safety officer 
• Check and ensure compliance with Group norms in EHS & security for offices
• EHS Trainings to personnel
• KPI’s Reporting for Environment, health and Safety
• Day to day fleet management (cars deliveries, returns, problem solving with users and service provider with communication with service provider, fuel cards issuing etc)
• Collaboration and coordination with the rest of the team

The ideal candidate for the Security & Facilities Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 3 -5 years of relevant experience in facility management
• Proficiency in MS office software such as Word and Excel
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
