The position is full time and contract based, active from September 2018 until October 2019, located in Athens' northern suburbs. No remote work is supported.

As a SAP Organizational Change Manager (OCM) you will join a project of a very well known, multinational organization with activities within the FMCG sector.

The company is currently undergoing a global deployment of SAP and you will be responsible for leading the business change for this deployment.

You will develop change plans and have responsibility for the day to day activities undertaken by site-based Manager to support the readiness of the business to receive the global template. Moreover, you will draw on support from the Deployment Teams to direct the change management activities of the Super Users/Key Users, Site Lead and local site Leadership Team.

More specifically, your duties will be the following:

a. business readiness

  • develop and execute a local stakeholder engagement plan
  • coach and prepare leaders to lead change

b. change management leadership

  • lead change management activities
  • coordinate the work of site-based Training Coordinator to deliver business change
  • develop local change management plan that is aligned with the global change management strategy

c. impact, communication & benefits

  • work with Site Teams to drive the identification and assessment of local impacts of change (IOC) & ensure the development of detailed action plans for each IOC
  • own the local communication strategy – plan and coordinate delivery of local communications
  • ensure that the interests of local stakeholders are effectively managed by the Deployment Teams and Training Coordinator
  • oversee the development local training plans, directing activities by the Training Coordinator and local HR team


In order for your profile to match the SAP Organizational Change Manager (OCM) you need to have the following skills:

  • minimum 5 years of experience of SAP change management within a large-scale programme or as a SAP Project Manager
  • excellent English language skills
  • organised and methodical work approach 
  • influencing skills, able to manage upwards
  • communication planning
  • stakeholder management
  • change planning – having a pragmatic approach to assessing priorities
  • able to manage and motivate a team 
  • familiarity with the planning of training programmes
