responsibilities

he candidate that will be the key player of the Sales Support Administratorprocessing should:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Provide information to clients for new products, stock outs, delays, order status, open balances or any other typical logistics data
  • Measure performance delivered to customers and proposes corrective actions when required
  • Monitor ordering in terms of prices, discounts and delivery terms
  • Follow up with the logistics issues on behalf of customers for the on time and in full delivery of the orders
  • Deal with customer claims, returns, and credit notes
  • Clarify the responsibility and the justification for order cancellations, mistakes during distribution and takes actions to correct them
  • Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems
  • Build strong networking and relationships with all teams 
  • Preparation of financial offers of the sales department
  • Maintain a database of financial offers
  • Creation of sales reports on a monthly basis

qualifications
