Key accountabilities:

• Implement/execute Sales Excellence initiatives including training activities for the whole Sales Organization
• Identify and implement business processes improvements, including digital solution and proper analytics (forecasting; account planning, commercial policy development, rebate calculation, etc.) to enable optimal Sales execution and tracking
• Coordinate the design and implementation of consistent commercial policies in close collaboration with CCL, Sales District Managers, Marketing & Finance, including price list creation, market funding design and product promotions planning.
• Design and administrate impactful commercial campaigns and track their success/effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate rebate accruals level and final settlement, in line with defined Commercial
• Policies and Campaign Development by providing guidance to Finance and Commercial Agreement Team
• Support CCL and Sales District Managers in consistent target setting for the Sales Organization and sales performance tracking.
• Drive sales analytics implementation to track customers target achievements of sales plans, price and finance alignment.
• Support implementation of consistent S&OP process incl. Improvements on tools and the demand planning process.
• Ensure full alignment of sales plans and product availability during the ongoing campaigns.
• Liaise with PS, Credit and Customer Service to oversee, support and influence all processes with high impact on sales execution and customer experience
• Support Financial Planning Cycles (Budgeting/Forecasting) by ensuring alignment with mid range Operational Planning
• Collaborate with Sales Team to proactively identify business opportunities and provide guidance to develop proper business cases
• Enable the implementation of customer centric activities and f2f interactions, with frequent field visits, collecting customer/market insights
• Improve connection between the field organizations by leveraging communication and collaboration, including on-demand participation at territory meetings

The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Operations Manager will be expected to have the following:

• University Degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field from a reputable University
• A Master's Degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration (MBA) or any other relevant field is considered an asset
• Experience in Crop Science business will be considered an asset.
• Experience in working with digital tools, sales metrics, supporting systems/analytics to support marketing and sales
• Drive for success and self-motivation, courage, resilience, agility and passion to deliver great results, advanced negotiation, project management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels for sales optimization and data driven decision making and strive for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)

• Strong interpersonal skills to achieve cross-functional collaboration. - Strong customer focus mindset and demonstrated problem solving skills to understand and manage volatile, rapidly

• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of sales metrics.
• Advanced digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies
• Excellent presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

• At least 3 years of previous relevant experience
