As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing long-term relationships with the customers
  • Contributing to the development of the business through national sales and marketing programs, designed to meet and exceed sales volume objectives for the partners
  • Enlarge clientele coverage in consumer electronics market and open new sales channels
  • Identifying and capturing opportunities for growth and optimising performance
  • Cooperating with the regional sales manager in the negotiation of annual contracts including  pricing, terms and conditions, targets set up etc.
  • Liaison with product management to optimise the range per key account
  • Monitoring performance against objectives and follow-up with the key accounts
  • Monitoring  competition activity in the key account and act on the situation
  • Tracking and follow-up account receivables
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Working  with demand flow to ensure optimised product availability
  • Working with product line to develop commercial strategy (ranging, pricing etc)
  • Working with trade marketing to deliver sales promotional activities, in-store execution and product/sales training


The ideal candidate for the position of a Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • University degree, preferable in Business Administration or Economics
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales Manager/Key Account Management, in electronic consumer goods
  • Excellent selling, negotiating  and convincing skills 
  • Ambitious, proactive and fast paced in terms of execution
  • Sales, customer and consumer oriented with strong analytical skills 
  • Creative thinker, strong communicator  with excellent presentation skills
  • Be fluent in English is a must
  • Available to travel frequently
