responsibilities

As a Sales Executive you will:

  • Conduct worldwide market research to identify selling possibilities and 
  • Evaluate customer needs for sailing, motor and outdoor sports like kiteboarding, windsurfing, trail running, triathlon and more
  • Contact broadcasters who are eager to air the company's programs and highlights across the globe
  • Seek out new sales opportunities through email, cold calling, networking and social media
  • Prepare and send offers to clients
  • Actively follow up on all communication with our clientele by establishing contact and developing long-lasting relationships
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Identify business opportunities in the industry of sailing, motor and outdoor sports

requirements

The ideal candidate for the role of the Sales Executive should have:

  • Proven experience in sales via email and cold calls
  • Experience as a sales representative or a call center
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Media or Sports industry will be appreciated
  • Experience working abroad or in an English speaking environment would be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Sports enthusiast
  • Good understanding of the sports media industry
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Research skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
