key responsibilities
As a Sales Controlling Analyst in this company will have to:
- Support Mass Market and Pharmacy channel with daily / weekly / monthly reports
- Mapping of data, data consolidation, KPI’s monitoring
- Ensure communication with our data provider on reporting and data management.
- Sales reconciliation with our indirect customers.
- Promotional activities pay out calculation and credit note issuance.
- Providing customized/ad hoc reporting and insights.
- Preparing and providing value-adding information, supporting Sales Controlling activities.
- General administrative support.
qualifications
To be an ideal candidate for the Sales Controlling Analyst position, you should have:
- University degree in Business Administration / Finance.
- MSc or other Certification will be considered as additional asset.
- 1 - 2 years of similar professional experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare organizations.
- Experience in commercial environment – Reporting, KPI’s,
- Fluent in English and Greek.
- Experience working with key stakeholders with ability to influence and challenge them constructively at various levels.
- Strong analytical and financial skills along with a good business understanding.
- Curiosity and ability to propose solutions and alternatives.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player.
- Independent view and sound judgment.
- Excellent technical skills including MS Excel and understanding ERP systems, BI and Reporting tools.
