The responsibilities of this RTM and Analytics Specialist include:
- Analyze and optimize the route to market strategies, ensuring efficient distribution and availability of spirits products in the market
- Utilize data analytics to extract meaningful insights, identify market trends, and evaluate sales performance
- Monitor the level of execution of the trade marketing levers in the point of sales and the evolution of brand building activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies for different channels, customers and stores
- Monitor and assess competitor activities, providing actionable recommendations to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop and maintain data reporting tools and dashboards to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for market data and analytical support, fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this RTM and Analytics Specialist position should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English
- Advanced user of Windows and MS Office applications (especially Excel and advanced analytic tools)
- Specific knowledge of company software (SAP; BW; X-Tel; Sales Force Automation Applications)
