As Rooms Division Manager you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • General operation of the housekeeping, front office, reservations and guest relations. 
  • Monitoring housekeeping activities and working closely with the floor manager to keep guest rooms and resort public areas clean and tidy
  • Cooperating strongly with sales and reservations centralized departments to cross checking booking progress
  • Overseeing budget and all financial data reports in order to ensure resort operates effectively and efficiently
  • Supervising the Front Office Manager, the front desk and reservation team to ensure guest experience is smooth
  • Working closely with Guest Relations to reassure guests are warmly welcomed and well looked after
  • Securing hotel service, quality assurance  and the well-being of the guests are at highest levels to maintain a premium guest experience
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager and discuss thoroughly any issues that need to be immediately resolved


Before applying for the position of Rooms Division Manager make sure you have the following qualifications:

  • BA or MSc degree in Hospitality/Tourism sector.
  • Advanced computer literacy; Protel, MS Office, Excel, Yield & Revenue, etc
  • Exceptional knowledge of English, additional language will be considered as asset
  • Strong numerical and financial acumen
  • Capability to take initiatives and resolve ad-hoc cases
