The tasks of a Romanian Back Office Agent will be as follows:

  • Act as the first line of defense & escalation for the Romanian market
  • Receive customer questions, complaints, & comments via emails & live chats
  • Help customers with the verification process
  • Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authorities
  • Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's identification or withdraw
  • Update customers' database
  • Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information


The ideal Romanian Back Office Agent is / possess / has:

  • A native level of Romanian
  • Business English level
  • PC & MS Office literacy


  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client-centric mindset


Previous working experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.
