As a Revenue and Growth Analyst  in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Drive the change in thinking and approach across the group from price-focused to value-focused
• Assist in the development of a 3-year RGM strategy, translating strategy into the annual plan, developing quarterly implementation plans and monitoring and correcting country performance
• Participate in the development of portfolio/brand price moves and mix, sizing strategies, promotion objectives and value communication together with sales, marketing and commercial excellence teams
• Designe promotional strategy - everyday vs. promotional price and identifying strategic promotional levers (depth, frequency, duration)
• Set suggested consumer pricing relative to other brands and SKUs
• Develop a toolkit and well-defined metrics on optimal consumer pricing, mix and promotion spending by category/brand across channels/customers
• Identify areas for revenue and margin improvement by analyzing sales and other data as necessary
• Work with CE teams to build and aggregate annual pricing, mix and promo spending plans and targets
• Corporate with group and country leadership, marketing, finance and supply chain teams
• Embed the Return on Investment (ROI) culture and improve the capabilities across the region
• Develop/improve price and promotion tracking and visibility for the group and local teams
• Push pricing and promotional effectiveness training throughout the organization, via training and coaching

In order to be suitable for this Revenue and Growth Analyst role you must possess:

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years prior experience developing strategic, omnichannel customer and promotional strategies for CPG (client or agency side, beverage experience preferred)
• Fluency in the English and Greek languages
• Must be technology savvy and have strong office productivity software skills, especially ΒΙ, MIS & MS Office

• Strong organizational skills and aptitude for problem solving
• Responsibility and precision for details.
• Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment
