What does this role of Reservations Agent entail?

  • Handle all incoming queries via telephone and e-mail with consistency and professionalism
  • Carry out your day-to-day tasks in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for rooms reservations, changes, cancellations and information 
  • Acquire substantial knowledge of all property’s characteristics such as room types, facilities, services and location
  • Respond in any form of communication with guests, travel agents and referral networks concerning new or existing reservations in a precise and efficient way
  • Communicate with booking channels e.g.,,, 
  • Act as a first point of contact for Hotel & Villas partners resolving their queries regarding booking channels, reservations and availability issues
  • Create flawless communication patterns with all partners in order to maintain strong solid relations


 If you possess the following skills, the position of Reservations Agent is just the right one for you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in reservations, travel agencies, call centers or customer service roles
  • Travel industry background is highly appreciated
  • Excellent PC skills & computer literacy
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Certifications in other languages would be considered as an asset
  • Possess exemplary problem solving thinking and strong listening skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • Deal with cross-functional collaboration and multitasking situations 
  • Be efficient, extremely-organized and adaptable
