The following responsibilities are requested for the position of Regional Sales & Promotion:

  • Overall representation of company's Hotels and Resorts of the destination in various exhibitions-events.
  • Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication among co-workers while keeping up with company’s standards.
  • Work with company's sales department and management team to ensure the understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of strategy plan for each segment.
  • Participate and assist in region’s resorts efforts to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Follow and track company cross-sell procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
  • Updating and owning the sales strategy and marketing plan with the Hotel General Managers.
  • Develop and manage group business in the region. Monitors and manage potential group buyers.
  • Close cooperation with retailers of all source markets.
  • Focus on market segments according to Hotel’s orientation.
  • Hosts / attend, educational / inspection visits in the regional resorts.
  • Follow up with income and evaluates business agreements.
  • Provide positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Leads on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives. 
  • Participates in sales calls with members of sales and marketing team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
  • Oversee and ensure the update of web content and presentation on hotel website, OTA, GDS etc.
  • Evaluates and drives the hotel’s participation in the various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Centers, electronic lead channels, etc.
  • Representing the Resort to various Exhibitions, business meetings maintaining existing contacts and developing new partnerships.


Before applying for the position of Regional Sales and Promotion, make sure you meet the following criteria: 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or MBA
  • Business English and fluently German, French, or Russian language
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Aware of the latest market trends and shifts.
  • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media.
  • Appropriate mobility and flexibility as a person.
