As a Customer Service Executive GDF&E, based in Athens you will be responsible for:

  • providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by establishing close and trustful working relationships
  • order capture and demand management -monitoring demand and supply balance as well as inventory and credit limit control 
  • managing information flow exchange with global and regional team
  • proactively informing customers about product availability & product launches –
  • ensure proper phase in/out on order level to avoid write offs
  • coordinating and ensuring proper documentations and certifications regarding compliance processes
  • controlling and ensuring order execution & fulfillment at all levels of the order delivery process 
  • processing daily sales orders and managing central claims
  • master File administration, control and coordination, including Master File changes, stemming from the Annual AIT Compliance Certification process - ensuring compliance of contract with customer order regarding payment and commercial terms

  • university degree
  • proficient in english language
  • knowledge of other languages (arabic or german) will be considered an asset
  • excellent usage of Windows, PowerPoint and Excel
  • experience in ERP systems 
  • strong analytical and organizational skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment and international environment


  • previous experience and knowledge in international trade, payment terms, commercial document
