The main responsibilities of the  Regional Business Development Manager:

• Manage daily business performance in the assigned region, taking full responsibility for all aspects, including sales, operations, and guest experience.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for higher revenues and efficiency.
• Collaborate with General Managers to set goals and enhance business performance.
• Assist in developing action plans in collaboration with the Network Director.
• Hold regular community and monthly meetings to align collaboration, evaluate performance, and promote best practices.
• Support local team development and ensure brand equity and tool consistency.
• Conduct regional site visits to audit visitor experiences, staff morale, and maintain guidelines adaptation, layout, cleanliness, and specs compliance.
• Recruit, train, and support new GMs and other managerial roles.

The ideal candidate for the position of a Regional Business Development Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Proven record as an area or regional manager in a global/international work environment.
• P&L responsibility, financial acumen and experience in analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and organization skills, able to inspire and motivate others.
• Be results-oriented, having both analytical skills to take data-driven decisions but also creative thinking to challenge existing situations and come up with innovative new ways to boost performance.
• Have a positive attitude, be team-spirited, embracing diversity and inclusiveness.
