If you have an energetic personality, and office experience ideally as a Receptionist, then we want to hear from you!

responsibilities

As a Receptionist some of your tasks may include:

  • Arrange meetings with internal and external parties and provide administrative support to Country Manager(s) and other executives by managing their schedules, appointments
  • Liaise between departments and provide front desk support to guests and clients
  • Provide administrative support such as handling mail and telephone calls as switchboard operator
  • Ensure Top Management guests are easily accommodated
  • Be key contact for any issue relating to the building such as repairs, access cards
  • Arrange and check courier costs and office supply costs and make orders from warehouse
  • Arrange company’s travel requirements such as issuing tickets, making hotel reservations and car rentals, while ensuring cost control and checking invoices
  • Arrange meals for business meetings, booking conference rooms and video conference facilities

qualifications

The requirements for the Receptionist position are:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related field, or working towards a degree
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Dependable and reliable

experience

  • At least one year of experience as Office Coordinator, preferably in a multinational company
