key responsibilities
As a Quality Electrical Engineer your main responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and protocols for electrical systems and components
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues or deviations from standards
- Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously improve product quality and reliability
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve quality-related concerns raised by internal and external stakeholders
qualifications
The responsibilities of the Quality Electrical Engineer are the following:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree considered a plus)
- 1-3 proven experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices
- Previous academic background in power systems or high voltage systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
