The Quality Assurance Team Leader is full-time and permanent, based in Athens' northern suburbs. Also, hybrid work is provided.

As Quality Assurance Team Leader, you’ll join the QA department and ensure that the company delivers strong and reliable solutions to the clients. More specifically, you will:

• Manage a team of 3-5 QA engineers and ensure quality standards are met for both product releases and project customizations
• Assign resources, delegate tasks for functional testing and ensuring project goals are met
• Ensure quality methodologies are followed and adhere to departmental KPIs
• Identify testing effort and establish the test plan for the given release
• Coordinate with development/analyst teams during software development lifecycle phases, from requirements gathering, to functional testing, release documentation and customer User Acceptance testing
• Provide accurate feedback on testing-related activities and report of test preparation/execution and defect resolution status
• Communicate team progress and work on risk mitigation plans with project/release teams to achieve deadlines without sacrificing quality of the deliverable
• Actively engage in User Acceptance testing activities facilitating UAT Progress in terms of test planning, issues tracking, resolution and ongoing customer support
• Responsible for training and coaching QA team on product new features
• Contribute to various department Quality-related initiatives

In order for your profile to match the Quality Assurance Team Leader position, you need to have the following skills:

• 6+ years of experience in QA with minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading QA Teams, ideally in the Fintech/Banking sector
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Demonstrated understanding of Software development lifecycle, with end-to-end functional testing involvement including release management coordination
• Experience with test/defect management tools such as Jira, Spira, ALM
• Experience with T-SQL
• Desire to grow in areas of expertise as needed by the evolving needs and goals of the company
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English

It would be also nice if you had:

• ISTQB Foundation certificate
• Azure DevOps knowledge
• Experience with Selenium
