The Quality Assurance Operations Manager will report to the Head of Quality Management and he/she will be responsible for:

  • Management of a 10member team
  • Setting and monitoring of KPIs for the performance of the Quality Operations department
  • Review & approval of Master Documents for products
  • Batch record review for release / Appointment as Qualified Person
  • Change Control (related directly with the product). Approval and communication with the customer
  • Leading problem solving workshops
  • Management of the process for handling of customers’ complaints
  • Deviations’ analysis (Deviation Investigation Reports)
  • Management of the team responsible for validation of manufacturing processes (production of bulk, packaging)
  • Review of Product Quality Reviews (PQRs)
  • Surveillance of the implementation of the applied quality system in operations
  • Close collaboration with Manufacturing, S.Chain and Technical departments. 


The ideal candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Operations Manager will be required to possess the following:

  • University Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Biology / Pharmacy (Postgraduate studies will be considered an asset)
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant position within the pharmaceutical sector, especially in solid forms
  • PC literacy (MS Office)
  • Proficient use on English language
  • Proven managerial skills
  • Well developed organizational and planning skills
  • Results orientation and efficiency
